EVBox North America, a provider of EV charging solutions, has begun production of its fast-charging charging station, EVBox Troniq Modular, with customer deliveries targeted for the last quarter of 2023, according to a press release.
EVBox Troniq Modular’s upgradeable power modules allow customers to have a power output ranging from 90 kilowatts to 240 kilowatts in 30-kilowatt increments.
The unit allows multiple vehicles to charge simultaneously, reducing dwell and wait times at charging locations. Features also include a multi-language touchscreen and intuitive status LED indicator lights.
The company will start delivering its Build America, Buy America compliant EVBox Troniq Modular in the fourth quarter of 2023 from its U.S.-based factory in Libertyville, Illinois.
